The
links below give free access to Seafish Fish Frying Skills and Customer
Service Skills workbook content. These cover food safety, health
& safety and fish frying skills. If you would like to receive
a recognised Seafish certifcate for your work your will need to
enrol on the appropriate programme at a cost of £105 (or £157.50
for both programmes) this includes the appropriate workbooks and
for the work place assessments to be carried out.
The two certificates
programmes that are availlable:
Fish
Frying Skills. This qualification consists of two self study workbooks
focusing on the preparation and cooking of fish and chips. Hygiene
and Health & Safety are also included. Students can complete
an on-site assessment with a certificate issued to successful candidates.

Customer Service Skills. Like the Fish Frying Skills qualification,
there are two self study workbooks. Customer Service, Hygiene and
Health & safety are the topics covered and candidates successful
with an on-site assessment will be issued with a Customer Service
Skills certificate. More
