Introductory Seafood Quality Assessment (Cooked Schemes)
This is a short 4hr training course that uses the TORRY Cooked schemes for cod and haddock. As it focusses on the taste of the fish rather than it's visual appearance it is ideal for those seafood businesses that handle fillets such as fish friers. To find out more email academy@seafish.co.uk
