Advanced Seafood Quality Assessment

The purpose of the course is to train seafood Quality Managers and similar individuals in quality assessment to the point where they can deliver their own training, set up their own company based quality teams and even develop new quality scales for use 'in - house' to assess new species.

The course lasts five days.

The first Advanced course was delivered in Hull between the 1st to 5th October 2007.

The second course was delivered in Hull from the 28th January to 1st February 2008.

A third course was delivered at Billingsgate Seafood School, London the week beginning the 14th April.

Further courses will be arranged to meet demand. A course will be delivered in Cornwall in July - still a few places left.
