Advanced Seafood Quality Assessment

The purpose of the course is to train seafood Quality Managers and similar individuals in quality assessment to the point where they can deliver their own training, set up their own company based quality teams and even develop new quality scales for use 'in - house' to assess new species.

The course lasts five days. The current Course programme is available here
