Other Technical Training Guides and Authors
Seafish are to develop Technical Training Guides in high care
operations, coating seafood, freezing and thawing of seafood
during 2008/09.
We would like to hear from potential authors of these guides,
from seafood companies that are interested in helping to develop
them, and from academic institutions that have an interest in
these topics.
