Introductory Health & Safety in the Seafood Industry

This new training course is being developed to address the needs for a short health and safety course for seafood processors, retailers and businesses in the seafood service sector such as fish and chip shops.

The course will be available as a taught course of about 3 hrs in length and following a short test at the end of the course, successful participants will be awarded a certificate in Introductory Health and Safety from the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland.
