The
proposal:
The
Seafood Training Academy hosts a page that lists vacancies
in the seafood industry, vacancies that are likely to
appeal to a geographically wider group of applicants.
Typically this would include senior supervisory, management
and technical roles.
The
job adverts would be simple in structure and potential
applicants would be encouraged to telephone for more information,
log onto a specific employer-hosted web page or they could
download a document from the Seafood Academy site.
Our
scale of charges would be modest, simply sufficient to
cover the costs of administering the service. Charges
would be in the region of £75 for a simple
entry of up to 150 words PLUS a link to a pdf file hosted
on this site. Links to other websites, email address etc
are all included.
More
sophisticated and/or longer adverts would cost in the
region of £300 plus to reflect the need
to carryout some in house design work.
We
would anticipate that the majority of advertisers would
opt for the simpler text based approach.
These
suggested rates are for one month, with a 2nd month available
at 50% if required.
It
has also been suggested that we offer a very low cost 'situations
sought' service for experienced individuals seeking
alternative employment in the industry. Is this worth pursuing?
